The 7 Day Thinker:

Unlike most photographers we offer a 7 day "Thinking" period where we will reserve any proposed wedding dates. a proposed booking or enquiries of a possible booking will reserve that date for 7 days at your request and at no cost. A deposit is required to secure your chosen date and officially book your day 7 days after your initial enquiry. No pressure selling and we will not contact you within these 7 days unless another client requests the same date. In this case you will have priority but will be required to confirm and reserve your date with a full deposit. Wedding planning has its own pressures and FunkyFeet Photography hope to take a little pressure away by giving you 7 days to think about your proposed booking.

The Deposit:

Another unique service we provide is the 50% return. A £100 deposit is required to book a date which is non-refundable after 7 days of securing your date. 50% of the deposit will be refunded if a cancellation is made within 7 days of securing your date.

The Service:

Once booked we offer a service second to none. When you have paid your deposit and secured your date, arrangements will be made to meet at your convenience for an informal chat over a cup of tea/coffee. This initial meeting will give you the opportunity to discuss your requirements for the day and meet your photographer.

Meeting at the venue is always a good idea if possible. This gives you and the photographer the chance to share ideas and find the best locations for your shots.

At the first informal meeting you will be given the Who's Who List to complete in your own time. This is the list your photographer will work from on your big day; it contains all the names they will need to get the best photos on your wedding day. Knowing the names of the special people at your wedding will help our photographer to provide a pleasant and polite service on the day. Not only will your guests be pleasantly surprised it will help to put them at ease during your shoot.

You will also receive a Shot List. This is a very comprehensive list of popular shots for you to use as a guideline. Again in your own time tick the ones you may want and add any of your personal ideas. This will not be set in stone and you can change it at anytime up to and throughout your day. Note that this list is only to get the shots you defiantly don't want missed and not a complete list of your final shots. The photographer will shoot every photogenic moment to capture the memories of your day. You have no doubt been told many times that your day will be a blur. FunkyFeet Photography will help put that blur back into focus with some memorable images captured throughout your day.

The contract will also be in the package supplied at the first meeting which is yours to take away, read and sign in your own time. Remember this is your individual contract with FunkyFeet Photography and goes both ways. Additions can be agreed before signing at your request and final mutual agreement.

We'll Meet Again:

Time permitting a second meeting with your photographer will be arranged at your convenience to finalise times, locations, and the package required. Paperwork will be exchanged and payment terms agreed. From then on you can put photographs to the back of your mind and get on with the wedding plans knowing you will be contacted in the week leading up to your day.

Behind The Scenes:

As you carry on with your wedding plans FunkyFeet Photography will be visiting any shoot site checking the location of the sun at a similar time prior to your day. Where possible making contact with local clergy / Registrars to make sure your day runs as smooth as possible.

You Decide:

FunkyFeet Photography are very experienced wedding photographers and appreciate the pressures involved leading up to your day. If with all the best intentions a second meeting is inconvenient which it probably will be; there's no problem. All can be done via phone, post and / or email at a time to suit you.

Contact:

You can contact FunkyFeet Photography at any time between 08:00am & 23:00pm 7 days a week leading up to your day and 24 hours a day in case of urgent changes from 2 days prior to your day.

Instant:

Funkyfeet Photography also offer a full studio set up service for you and your guests on your wedding day with an on-site event printing service.

With this service your guests can purchase professional prints and gifts to take away on the day.

After The Event:

FunkyFeet Photography offers a web base after service that gives you and your guest's access to your memories (This is also a great way of viewing your photos while still on honeymoon). You can have an open gallery where your photos can be viewed just by visiting this site and clicking on your names. If you prefer you can have a private gallery where you and your guests are given a username and password to view your photos.

Sign of the Times:

Sad as it is; in this day and age we cannot be too careful which is why FunkyFeetPhotography.com have taken measures to prevent unknown parties copying any images on this very secure site. Images can only be obtained through the post or in person. Note that all purchases from this site require the purchaser to register in full and names may be confirmed with the newly weds prior to despatching photos of children.
